摘要：The invention relates to aqueous primary dispersions and coating agentscontaining dispersed and/or emulsified, solid and/or liquid polymer particles and/ordispersed solid core-shell particles with a particle diameter ≤ 500 nm, which can beproduced by radical micro or mini-emulsion polymerization of at least one olefinicallyunsaturated monomer (A) in the presence of at least one hydrophobic cross-linkingagent for the (co)polymer resulting from the monomer(s) (A), said monomer(s) (A) beingdispersed in an aqueous dispersion of the cross-linking agent(s) prior to the
