曲柄轴的数控工艺分析与夹具设计

泰州职业技术学院学报 第3期 表I左曲柄轴机械加工工艺卡片 2曲柄轴夹具设计 曲柄轴的数控加工一般以轴心线、即采用前后 顶尖定位,当在工序35钻内螺纹底孔中,因为要对 零件的右顶尖孔进行加工,故无法采用前后顶尖定 位,考虑零件的加工要求, ̄l'-J设计了专用夹具, 工件采用了一面、一孔、一外圆定位的方式,如图 2所示,曲柄轴利用 91mm圆柱的台阶面在夹具 的凸台上定位,限制了零件Y向移动自由度、x向 和z向转动自由度;曲柄轴利用 28ram的外圆在 定位孔中定位,限制了X向和Z向移动两个自由 度;零件的曲柄孔在削边销上定位,限制了其Y向 转动自由度。考虑零件的加工效率,采用了两件零 件同时定位加工的方法,零件以螺旋压板机构夹紧 工件[棚。零件装夹如图3所示。 图2夹具图 图3零件装夹实物图 3零件的数控加工 零件在数控车床上主要的程序编制是在工序20 . 数控车削成形阶段,此阶段通过程序编制,粗精车 零件的圆柱、圆锥外圆,因为机床采用了FANUC 系统,故编制零件粗精车的部分程序如 : GO0 X32 Z2; G71 U2 R1: G71 P10 Q20 u0.6 W05 F0.2; N1O G00 Xl3: G01 Z0 F0.1: X22 Z一45; Z .98.2; X26; X28 W-1: Z..107; X91: Z—.107.4; Xl10; N20 X112 W-1: G70 P10 Q2O; 基于以E数控程序咖工出的曲柄轴零件如图4 所示。 4 结论 通过以上曲柄轴零件的加工工艺分忻后,制定出 了合理的工艺走 程, 棋中 乏一工片:i斩了结构合 理紧凑的夹具设计,编制出相应的数控加工程序,最 终加工出了合格的零件。本工艺蜀丝锞证了在高生产 效率的基础下,零件的加工精度得到了保证。 第3期 孙志正:曲柄轴的数控工艺分析与夹具设计 社,2004. 59 参考文献: 【1]Dr盛焱.摩托车发动机设计[M】.北京:人民邮电出版社, 1997. Key words:NC machining;reasonable choice;process analysis (上接第30页) E ofEnalapril onInsulinResistance inPatientswith Chrottic Con.gestive HeartFailure 删Hal-yah (China Medical CityHospital,Taizhou Jiangsu 225300,China) Abstract:Objective To observe the changes in insulni and glucose metabolism in patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF),and study the effects of enalapril on insuln siensitivity in CHF patient.Methods Fsting plasma glucose (FPG),fastng sierum insuln(iFINS)and were measured in 69 patients with CHF before and after enalapril(n=37)(10 mg,q.d for the ifrst week and 20mg,q.d for he tnext 3 weeks)and digoxin(n-32)(O.25 mg,q.d for the ifrst week and 0.125mg,q.d for the next 3 weeks),treatment for 4 weeks and subjects FPG/FINS and Lnl/FPGx FINS(IAI)were counted in each case.Insulin sensitivity was estimated by FPG/FINS and IAI.Results At the end of the 4th week after the treatment,insulin sensitivity was increased in enalapril group but showed no change in the digoxin group.Conclusion Enalapril can improve IR in pa— tients wih tCHF. Methods 82 patients were randomly divided into two roups:40 gpatients in Xue Bijing hertapy roup gand 42 patients in control roup.Patgients in two groups underwent the same conventional treatments such as atropine and cholinesterase reactivatorThe .hertapy group was injected wiht 100 ml of Xue Bijing at the first 3days,50 ml of Xue Bijing at the succedent 4 days. Cholinesterase and C reactive protein were observed in two groups,also length of stay and death rate were counted.Results Cholnesiterase was recovered n iwo troups.Compagred with control roup,tghe recovery was faster in hertapy roup fgP<O.05).c reactive protein was reduced ni wo troupsg at 3rd day,the number changed more ni herapy roup(gP<0.05).Conclusion Xue Bijing injection advanced Cholinestemse recovery effectively and regulated inflammatory reaction to improve SIRS.It also shortened length of stay.
