摘要：A connector is mateable with a mating connector along a predetermineddirection. The connector comprises a holding member, a plurality of contacts and aplurality of contact prevention members. The holding member includes a holdingportion. The plurality of contacts include held portions and main portions, respectively.
The held portions are held by the holding portion. The main portions extend from theheld portions, respectively, in the predetermined direction. The main portions projectover the holding portion in the predetermined direction. Each of the main portions has atubular shape. Each of the contact prevention members is made of insulator. The contactprevention members occupy insides of the main portions, respectively. The contactprevention members project over the main portions, respectively, in the predetermineddirection.
