1. Use Tooling (B) to clean the bore in the cylinder head for the unit injector sleeve. 1、使用工具B为电子泵喷嘴套管清洁汽缸盖孔。

NOTICE

Before starting installation ensure that the unit injector sleeve and the cylinder head bore for the unit injector sleeve are completely free of oil, dirt, and sealant debris. 在开始安装前，确保泵喷嘴套管和汽缸的泵喷嘴套管孔完全没有油，灰尘和密封胶碎片。

2. Install new O-ring seals (2) on unit injector sleeve (1) . 2、在泵喷嘴套管（1）上安装新的O型密封圈（2）。

Note: Do not apply Tooling (E) to the cylinder head surfaces. Apply Tooling (E) on the unit injector sleeve only.

注意：切勿应用工具E到气缸盖表面，只能使用于泵喷嘴套管。 3. Apply Tooling (E) to the contact surface at Mark (X) . 3、使用工具E到 Mark (X) 的接触面。

4. Lubricate O-ring seals (2) with clean engine oil. 4、使用清洁机油润滑O型密封圈（2）。

5. Install Tooling (C) into the threads of unit injector sleeve (1) . 5、安装工具C到泵喷嘴套管（1）。

6. Position Tooling (C) and unit injector sleeve (1) in the cylinder head. Use care not to damage the O-ring seals on the unit injector sleeve.

6、放置工具C和泵喷嘴套管（1）到汽缸盖。小心不要损坏喷嘴套管的O型密封圈。

NOTICE

Ensure that the unit injector sleeve is properly seated in the cylinder head. The tool and the unit injector sleeve will \"RING\" when the unit injector sleeve is fully seated in the bore in the cylinder head.

确保泵喷嘴套管在缸盖适当位置，当泵喷嘴套管完全进入气缸头孔时，该工具和泵喷嘴套会有响声。

7. Use Tooling (D) and a hammer to install the unit injector sleeve. 7、使用工具（D）和锤子安装泵喷嘴套管。

8. Use a clean towel to remove any excessive retaining compound. 8、用干净的毛巾擦除所有多余的残留化合物。

9. Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance, \"Refill Capacities\" for the cooling system capacity. 9、填充冷却液至冷却系统。请参阅操作和维修，“Refill Capacities”的冷却系统的能力。

End By: Install the electronic unit injectors. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, \"Electronic Unit Injector - Install\".
