52-year-old Mitsuhiro Iwamoto comes from Japan. He is a blind man, but he sailed across the Pacific Ocean.
Mitsuhiro Iwamoto was able to do things like riding a bike or playing baseball at a young age. When he was 13, he started losing his sight and 3 years later it was gone completely. That wasn’t easy for him.
From San Diego, the US to Iwaki, Japan, it took him about 2 months to finish the journey. It was his second try to cross the Pacific Ocean. Marie is a famous woman in the world. She made a lot of important contributions (贡献) to the development of humans. She was born in Poland (波兰) in 1867.
